title
House in Yunohama
concept
The house faces the Sea of Japan and is located about 10 minutes by car from Shonai Airport in Yamagata Prefecture.
The house overlooking the coastline stands in a rich natural environment surrounded by the many trees that grow on the site.

The entrance hall welcoming guests is an open-air space facing the sea, with a spiral staircase surrounding a wood-burning stove and a glass-walled garage creating a gallery space.
The open terrace on the second floor offers a magnificent view of Mt.Cho-kai.
The bathtub, with free-flowing hot spring water is “another living room” where you can fully enjoy the view of the Sea of Japan by its original design of soft curves.
I believe that bringing various landscapes from the richness of nature into the interior enhances the quality of everyday life at home.
