This is an office located in Tokyo for a foreign-affiliated company.
In a simple white space, the combination of maple wood on the wall, ceiling and furniture produces 4 volumetrically dynamic meeting rooms.
The green corporate color is adopted for the steel fittings; emphasizing the sharp lines of the fittings and creating a contrast against the warm wood grain.
On the other hand, typical Japanese design elements such as shoji and soft lighting are integrated into the entrance as the face of the company.
The value of the Japanese locality is expressed through the interior design, expressing this unique “form” for the Japanese office of this global scale organization.
