This site is located on the edge of a residential district.
Openings on the interior and exterior walls - through their overlapping, they cut out various glimpses of the urban landscape outside.

To take natural light and wind into the house and control the view from the outside road, triple layers of exterior walls have various functions such as skylight, terrace, garden and service space.

Family common space is placed on the first floor, and the three individual rooms on the second floor can be changed to one room, allowing for flexibility for changes in future family arrangements.
Seismic resistant structural system allows for this flexibility of space and the complicated structure of triple layered with setback.
